Michael J. Dennehy
Mike recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Iona
College in May of 2002. Mike was also a founding member and is completing his year as the PRSSA Chapter President
at Iona and will continue to serve the Chapter as “President Emeritus” over the coming years. Mike is currently
directing all public relations operations for Dennehy Voice Productions, a family owned company as well as
counseling several clients in the tri-state area. Mike is also in the process of working out full time employment
with CBS based in New York City where he hopes to continue his career in corporate communications as well as
international promotions and event planning/media training.
Vicki Vlastaris
Vicki recently graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication/Public
Relations in May of 2002. Vicki also is completing her role as Vice President of the Iona PRSSA Chapter and is an
assistant in the fundraising department at The March of Dimes in Westchester New York. Vicki hopes to utilize her
past internships and PRSSA experience to land a job in public relations/marketing.
Anthony V. Falcone
Anthony recently graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication/Public
Relations in May of 2002. Tony transferred to Iona in September of 2001 and joined the Iona PRSSA Chapter
immediately. He brought his Public Affairs knowledge from his years in the Navy to the Chapter. He will now be
pursuing a Law Degree in September of 2002.
Meghan P. Finn
Meghan graduated with honors from Iona College in May of 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass
Communication/Public Relations. She recently completed a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations at
Iona in May of 2002. She also received the Departmental Award both times for highest GPA in Public Relations.
Meghan worked at Earl, Palmer & Brown and then came back to Iona to work in the Public Relations Office and has
since been promoted to Coordinator of Public Relations.
Marguerita Rowland
Marguerita recently graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication/Public
Relations in May of 2002. Marguerita has also completed an internship with The Zlokower Group in New York City
where she got a taste of daily agency style public relations. Marguerita is also completing her role as Iona PRSSA
Chapter Historian and hopes to pursue a career in Library Science
